Refund & Return Policy

Please note: our Return & Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made at kieus.com, and this same policy is not available for in-store purchases.

For any store credits, returns, or exchanges, please note the following:

  • All returns or exchanges must be within 30 days of shipping date
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
  • All tags must be attached in its original form
  • All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt
  • Please note that all handbags and accessories are a final sale
  • Any online purchase may be returned at any Kieu's location, as long as the above applies
  • All shipped returns and exchanges are for online purchases only
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges on all merchandise that are returned or exchanged

Shipped returns, exchanges, and store credit

Store Credit

On the form included in your package, please check the box indicated for a store credit. Place the form, the original receipt and the merchandise with tags attached, unworn and unwashed back in the package. Please make sure the package is secured and is mailed back to the address above within 30 days of ship date. The store credit receipt will be mailed to the billing address within 14 days of received date.

Exchanges

On the form included in your package, please check the box indicated for an exchange. In the space provided on the form, please put the reason for the exchange. List the item(s) you are returning and what new item(s) you are exchanging it for. Place the form, the original receipt, and the merchandise with tags attached, unworn and unwashed back in the package. Please make sure the package is secured and is mailed back to the address above within 30 days of ship date. Please note that the shipping cost and any price differences from the exchange will be charged or refunded back on your card. The in-stock items will be sent to you. If we are out of stock, we will inform you immediately by phone or email.

Returns

On the form included in your package, please check the box indicated for a return. In the space provided on the form, please put the reason for the return. List the item(s) you are returning. Place the form, the original receipt and the merchandise with tags attached, unworn and unwashed back in the package. Please make sure the package is secured and is mailed back to the address above within 30 days of ship date. The full return of the merchandise will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days of received date if the merchandise has tag attached in its original form, is unwashed and unworn.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

Any merchandise purchased on kieus.com may be returned to any Kieu's location within 30 days of ship date. Please have your original receipt. All items must have the tags attached, unworn and unwashed. All handbags and accessories will be a final sale.

Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning or exchanging.

However, if you receive merchandise from kieus.com that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily refund the shipping cost to your credit card. Please be sure to include a copy of the shipping receipt with your returned merchandise in order to be reimbursed.
